Technical Traning

STAECO Training Center (Training Center for short) is located at Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport. It is one of the first CCAR-147 certified training organizations qualified by CAAC.

Training Center holds one training hanger and one teaching building, a 737-300 practical training aircraft and two VMT classrooms of mainstream narrow body aircraft. It can provide CCAR-147/CCAR-66 aircraft maintenance basic knowledge training, practical training, mainstream narrow body aircraft type training, all kinds of post training under CCAR-145 and other special customized training services.

In 2012, Training Center passed the audit and acceptance of CAAC, obtained the qualification of CCAR-66 maintenance personnel license examination. It was approved as one of the first CCAR-66R3 license training organizations in 2020. With the ability of aircraft maintenance personnel license training (TA) and aviation maintenance technical English level test, it has completed several batches of training and test mentioned above, that met the needs of the license training and English test very well.

Management concept of Training Center is customer demand first, work task-oriented and order-oriented. After years of hard work and exploration, Training Center established a set of standardized and customized training structure, which solved the civil aviation maintenance personnel development bottleneck of long term training and weak practical ability.

Relying on the foundation of STAECO Maintenance Base, Training Center can provide multi-disciplinary, systematic and professional training for airports inside and outside the province, colleges, airlines and civil aviation related companies.

In the future, we will continue to make civil aviation maintenance training better and more elaborate rely on STAECO Maintenance Base, and make contributions to China's civil aviation training.
