Component Overhaul
STAECO Manufacturing Center was established in 2012, mainly engaged in the design and manufacturing of aviation parts. It obtained AS9100 Aviation Quality Management System Certification in 2013, CAAC Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) Certificate in 2014, CAAC Technical Standard Orders Approval (CTSOA) in 2016, NADCAP certification in 2018 and EASA POA in 2019. Now it has become COMAC, Boeing, and other international large OEM’s supplier.
At present, STAECO holds more than 5200 part numbers approved by CAAC, which makes it one of the most active manufacturer under CAAC East China Regional Administration. The scope approved by EASA includes cabin parts, carpets, fabrics, etc. STAECO has conducted extensive cooperation with COMAC in the design and manufacturing of cabin parts, and determined to contribute to the manufacturing of Chinese civil aircraft.
The current products of STAECO Manufacturing Center include:
Cabin parts: metal, plastic, placards and fabric
Airplane galley in-flight carts, containers, and associated components
Carpet
Electronic equipment bracket
Seat floating cushion
Cargo lanyard
EFB bracket, etc.
