Taikoo(Shandong) Aircraft Engineering Co., Ltd. (well known as STAECO) was set up on March 27, 1999 and base at Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport (ZSJN), Shandong Province. STAECO operates five hangars with total 24 bays of heavy check and conversion for narrow body and regional jet, all facilities in site cover an area of total 170K square meters.

STAECO carries out extensive MRO services including airframe overhaul, cargo conversion, engineering design, line maintenance, parts manufacturing and aviation training, etc. The approved abilities extend across multiple aircraft types inclusive but not limited to COMAC C919, ARJ21, AVIC MA60, Boeing 737, Airbus 320, Embraer E-Jet, Bombardier CRJ, De Havilland Q400 and popular business jets etc. STAECO nowadays support over 60 long term customers of airlines and leasing companies in worldwide, half of the annual turnover from oversea market, over 85% income contributed by the third-party customers.

STAECO has built up long-standing partnerships with OEMS like Boeing, Airbus and Embraer, developing the aviation strategy partner with COMAC and AVIC, leading collaboration partner with Boeing for B737-800BCF excellent completion. STAECO is recognized by Embraer as Authorized Service Center(EASC), Authorized Service Facility(ASF) by Bombardier, approved service center by GE aviation for CF34 engine support. STAECO currently holds Part145 approval from 15 authorities such as CAAC, FAA, EASA, JCAB, CASA and etc. Furthermore, STAECO is the unique MRO provider in Asia who holds MOA(Maintenance Organization Approval), DOA(Design Organization Approval) and POA(Production Organization Approval) simultaneously.
