Taikoo (Shandong) Aircraft Engineering Company Limited (“STAECO”for short), was set up on March 27th ,1999, STAECO has also established branches in Beijing, Rizhao and Hangzhou.

STAECO provides multiple professional MRO services, as well as aircraft overhaul, significant modification, line maintenance, cargo conversion, engineering design, tool measurement and detection, inventory management, parts fabrication, aviation technical training. STAECO possesses fifteen more maintenance organization certificates (Part 145), authorized by CAAC, FAA, EASA, JCAB etc. STAECO can meet all the maintenance layover requirement of various narrow-body aircraft types in the market at present, such as Boeing 737 series, Airbus 320 series, Bombardier CRJ Series/Q400 Series, Embraer ERJ Series, COMAC ARJ21 and several major types of Business Jet.

Adhering to the concept of "Safety, High quality, Integrity and Development", STAECO has established complete facilities and equipment. Over 400 deliveries annually after regular check, STAECO offers maintenance services to more than 50 domestic and international carriers. It becomes a maintenance and modification base for narrow-body and regional aircraft in the Asia-Pacific region. STAECO is the strategic partner of Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China Ltd (COMAC) and AVIC XAC Commercial Aircraft Co., Ltd (AVIC)，meanwhile , an important supplier of Boeing B737BCF and PEMCO B737 cargo conversion.
