Calibration and Metrology
Calibration & Testing Center of STAECO obtained the CNAS Laboratory Accreditation Certificate in October 2016 and complied with the requirements of ISO / IEC17025. The professional field covers length, temperature, mechanics, electronics, chemistry and microbes testing. The center mainly provides the calibration and testing services for special equipment for aircraft maintenance and parts manufacturing special process. Our certificate fully meets the requirements of domestic and international authoritative audit bodies, including FAA, EASA, CAAC, NADCAP, BOEING, AIRBUS and etc.

General Calibration Equipments:
Mechanics: Pressure/Vacuum Gauge, Torque Wrench/Meter, Working Dynamometer, Aircraft Weighing Platform and Load Cell, Push-Pull Gauge, Electronic Balance, Digital Indication Scale.
Electronics: DMM, Ampere Meter, Voltage Meter, Ohm Meter.
Length: Vernier Caliper, Dial Gauge, Lever Dial Gauge.
Temperature: Secondary Temperature Instrument, Heat Treatment Furnace/Oven, Thermocouple, Temperature and Humidity Meter.
Special Calibration Equipments：
Cable Tensiometer, Composite Repair System, Crimpling Tool, Avionic Testing Instrument.
